4-22-2010 POSTING:

DAVE DIAMOND, CEO OF THE XCFL-MMA, HAS OFFICIALLY NAMED US HIS
OFFICIAL SOUND CREW FOR HIS ORGANIZATION,AS OF HIS MOST RECENT
XCFL EVENT ON 3-26-2010 THAT WAS HELD AT THE
LOWELL MEMORIAL AUDITORIUM.

Our live events sound department worked directly with ESPN's Fight-STREAM (live video broadcast Pay Per
View & Web Streaming company), at the past two events of the XCFL-MMA. We thus far provided & ran
the full (middle sized arena) sound services, working directly with cues from Fight-Stream's professional live
broadcast staff. This was accomplished at both the Best Western Civic Center 3/26/2010 event in
Marlborough, MA, along with the above mentioned event at the Lowell Memorial Auditorium. As of this upcoming
event in the article seen below, we now will also be working directly with NESN. Thank you very much
Dave Diamond & Donny Mustapha for all the fun so far, opportunities, and what has yet to be. We look forward to
continually working with you as all of our organizations grow together!

XCFL show to debut on NESN (4/14/2010 Boston Herald)

When XCFL president Donny Mustapha and CEO Dave Diamond put on their first show in February they made
clear their intentions to develop the fighting circuit into one of the premier promotions in the region.
With a new television show scheduled to debut in May on NESN, the XCFL has taken one
step closer to doing so.

“We’re very excited about it. It’s going to be big,” Mustapha said.
“It’s going to get a lot of exposure that a lot of these kids are looking for.”

The show, which will be called “Get in the Cage” and premier on Sunday, May 9, 2010, at 9:30 p.m.,
will be a 30-minute production featuring fights from the XCFL, as well as in-depth coverage of
lives of certain local fighters.

“It’s not going to be a fresh show every week, but it is going to run every week,
leading up to a show at the end of the month,” Mustapha said. “What we’ll do is feature the two title fights,
and then a specialfeature fight, and they’ll talk about the guys. We wanted to keep people interested in it.
Fans who might not be fans of MMA per say will watch the show because it goes a lot into their personal life.

“People will be able to see there’s a lot more to these kids then just going into the cage and smacking each
other around. There were a lot of kinks that we wanted to work out,” Mustapha said.
“It’s not just a weekend hobby for us. We really want to do something good for New England.”

Mustapha reported that he and Diamond have been going back and forth with NESN for the past
eight months. The XCFL’s next promotion is scheduled for May 15, 2010, at the Best Western Event
Center in Marlborough. This is the same venue this organization made it's debut at just this past February .
